Creativity & Innovation are integral parts of the teaching-learning process. 

To cope up with Competency-Based Education, teachers need to equip themselves with the newer techniques and content, which would facilitate an effective teaching-learning process.

The faculty development programs organized by our MJC management bears effective fruits every time. The teachers inculcate the effective methods of teaching, which would really give meaning to Competency-Based Education. The programs and the training encouraged all the faculty at the school in creating visual/digital content.

The faculty now feels strengthened as they can make any stuff digitally with all confidence. This has really prepared them to implement the principles of NEP 2020.
