Dr.Lali Thomas ,(Principal) of Michael Job Arts & Science College for Women presented her paper on “Women Leadership in academic arena” in UGC sponsored national seminar in Bharathiar University. The paper was well received and appreciated.She also chaired the forenoon session in the seminar.
