A FDP was organised by our principal Dr.R.Ravi , for training to Faculty of all the MJC Institutions on leveraging GSuite applications for on-boarding our faculty to the Digital methods of teaching; this being the “Need of the Hour” due to the challenges imposed by Social distancing norms of Covid-19

G Suite for Education is a suite of tools that can help increase opportunities for critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity, all while supporting the learning objectives of our students. It transforms how Teachers and students co-create, collaborate, learn and innovate together. Training was provided on tools such as, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets,  Google slides and Google Sites. A Google Classroom was created for this training and  content (YouTube videos), assignments about the various tools were posted. This was was a very effective way of learning and collaborating remotely.
