A Webinar session on Transformation from Self Doubt to Self Confidence was delivered by Mr. Darnison, an Entrepreneur, and Mr. Karthick Shanmugam, ITSM Manager, Brightstar India shared Service through IIC of MJCAS on 23rd November, 2020 at 11.30 AM.
Mr. Darnison highlighted the importance of updating our skills to focus on our goals. He stressed the benefits of becoming an entrepreneur and also about the leadership quality required for the same which is one of the aspects to become a successful Entrepreneur. He shared his insights about it through short stories in both English and Tamil which made the students more delighted and attentive. The session was very interactive where students eagerly shared their thoughts and also interrogated with the speaker. The Speaker stressed often during the session about the motto “Entrepreneurs are born not made” which anchored in the minds of the participants throughout.
The Principal thanked the Speaker for the enthusiastic session which instilled the younger minds towards entrepreneurship.
