The National Service Scheme (NSS) and Youth Red Cross (YRC) unit in association with HDFC Bank and Iyarkkai Foundation organized a Tree Plantation program on 06 July 2021 and planted 150 saplings in the college premises. Mr.R.Sathish Kumar, Manager, HDFC Bank presided over the event. Students and faculty members actively participated in planting trees. The saplings were provided by Iyarkkai Foundation, Coimbatore. Plants like Bauhinia, Mahoghany, magnolia, champaka and terminalia were chosen considering various advantages of the plants.
