Motivational session with Ms. Apurva Purohit

Ms. Apurva Purohit is the President, Jagran Prakashan Ltd., which owns publications such as Dainik Jagran, Mid Day, Inext, Inquilab, along with India’s first private FM Radio Station, Radio City. She is an independent Director on the Board of Mindtree, Midday Infomedia Ltd. and Music Broadcast Ltd.  She is an avid sports follower and represented Tamil Nadu in hockey in 1984–1987. She has authored two books “Lady, You’re Not a Man ! ” & ” Lady, You’re the Boss !”. She has been ranked as one of the Most Powerful Women in Business by the India Today Group for 2016 & 2018 and Fortune India in the year 2018. She has been ranked as one of the Top 30 Most Powerful Women in Business by Business Today in 2016, 2018 and 2019. 

Apurva conducted a very interesting, motivational and interactive session with Team MJC – including faculty and students on ” Women Empowerment & Motivation ” on July 17, 2020) through Google Meet. The session was attended by close to 250 participants. We are extremely thankful to Ms. Apurva for conducting this session for our team.
