Refund policy

Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received on payment gateway as under:-

The amount collected as donation will not be refunded to the donor unless it has been erroneously made. For online transactions and credit card payments, in case a request is made within 30 days from the date of transaction for refund, we agree to make the refund by reversing the transaction through our bank or the payment service provider. The charges for the refund would be borne by us in case of wrong deductions or error transactions. Refund and cancellation request will not be entertained after 30 days from the date of receiving online donation through the website.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protect the privacy of users of this website. The information collected through this website is kept strictly confidential and used by internal and authorized officials only. Information is disclosed to such third parties as may be necessary to only process the donation. General browsing of MJC website is anonymous and it does not register the user’s personal information. However, while forwarding a donation, the well-wishers have to submit a few personal information to extend services like processing of your donations, providing receipts and tax exemption certificates, sending regular updates about the work we do for children and respond to your queries in a better way. Depending on the type of communication or transaction, the personal information we collect may include, but is not limited to, your name, postal address, date of birth, contact number and email address and your payment processing details.

We in place the necessary security mechanisms and only designated employees have access to your personal information. All online transactions are done on a secure server. MJC holds the discretion to modify the terms and conditions under privacy policy. Contents published on this website including graphics, write-ups, logos, pictures, images and software are the property of MJC and the same is protected.
